Cliffs Cottage - 282 Jasper St. Cliffs Cottage was designed by D. Frederick Charlton and built in 1891. It served as a residence for William G. Mather when he came to Ishpeming. The cottage also housed dignitaries when they came to Ishpeming.
"Sears" Kit Home - 200 Hill St.
Otto Eger Home - 117 Ridge St.
This beautiful high end Victorian home was designed by Demar & Lovejoy Architects of Ishpeming for Otto Eger, Esq. The original plans and drawing for the home survive and are in the home, well over 135 years later.
The house features abundant milled woodwork, fantastic stained and leaded beveled glass windows, and beautiful light fixtures.

The “Hematites Building Better Neighborhoods” house is a community supported home rehab project four years in the making.
Students in Ishpeming High School’s Geometry in Construction, Drafting and Advanced Construction classes worked to design a complete rehabilitation of the structure, and did nearly all of the demolition and construction work themselves.
With completion of the project, the house will go up for sale, with a portion of the proceeds going toward the next Geometry in Construction project.
United Presbyterian Church - 112 E. Euclid. There will be tours of the historic United Presbyterian Church (built in 1891) and music by a guest organist on their pipe organ. Refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon in the lower level fellowship hall. The front entrance to the church is accessible and there is an elevator to the fellowship hall below.
